Returns / Exchanges
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days (2 weeks) of confirmed delivery if:
• the item arrives damaged,
• the item is defective,
• the item does not meet reasonable expectations.

To qualify:
• Item must be in original condition.
• Provide clear photos of any defects.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping unless item is defective.

Warranty
If your 3D printed item breaks or fails due to normal use within 14 days, contact us for a replacement or repair.
This does not cover:
• Heat damage
• Over-bending or misuse
• Pet/child destruction
• Intentional damage
